If Something's Not Right

If an item arrives and does not match the listing description, you can raise a dispute within 48 hours of delivery. This includes:

  • Item condition significantly worse than described
  • Authentication concerns or discrepancies
  • Missing components or parts not mentioned
  • Damage that occurred during shipping
  • Size, fit, or other material discrepancies

Important: Items are not eligible for return if they match the listing description and pass re-inspection. This includes items the buyer simply changed their mind about or items purchased in the wrong size.

Process

How to Raise a Dispute

Within 48 Hours of Delivery

You must raise your dispute within 48 hours of receiving your item. After 48 hours, the transaction is considered complete.

Contact Support

Go to our Contact page and submit your dispute. You'll need to provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear, detailed photos of the item
  • Description of the issue
  • How it differs from the listing

Our Review

Our team will review your dispute within 3 business days. We'll examine your photos, review the original listing, and assess the legitimacy of your claim.

Outcomes

Resolution

Claim Upheld

If we agree the item doesn't match the listing, you receive a full refund via the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You may need to return the item to us.

Claim Denied

If we determine the item matches the listing description and passes our re-inspection, your claim will be denied. You retain the item and the transaction is final.

What Happens Next

  • You'll receive an email with our decision and detailed explanation
  • If upheld, return instructions will be provided (if applicable)
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return
  • We're here to support you throughout the process

Important Note on Eligibility

Items are not eligible for return if:

  • They match the listing description and pass our re-inspection
  • The buyer simply changed their mind
  • The buyer purchased the wrong size or color
  • The dispute is raised more than 48 hours after delivery
